Meet Marjolaine, Your Yoga Teacher & Host



Marjolaine is a creative soul and the founder of Yoga With Bow, a mindfulness resource for women entrepreneurs. She offers effective tools and 1:1 coaching sessions.

Her academic training in Psychology and Yoga certification taught her about the depths of the human mind and the weird, destructive patterns we can sometimes have — but also, more importantly, about the healing and stabilizing powers of empathy and love. She embraces the journey of mindfulness and made it a mission to spread self-awareness and bring a modern take on sacred Buddhist teachings in the entrepreneurial world.

Meet Georgios, Your Guest Teacher & Retreat Assistant



George will be your reference for anything language or logistic related since he is Greek. He will also be leading a workshop about inner exploration, meditations, and act as a moderator during certain discussions.  George is a yogi and the founder of TheSuitYogi, an exploration resource for every human being that wants to live a more fuller and conscious life.  He offers exploration tools, such as mindfulness, meditation and movement exploration. Am I The Right Yoga Teacher For You?


Certified vinyasa power flow yoga teacher, Marjolaine has a very playful yoga style, she loves creating intense & challenging sequences for you to surrender to the moment and lose yourself in the flow. Your core will burn, your muscles might ache, but the transformation will be total & blissful. Watch her teach an energizing power flow on Youtube here. The classes are all level, as she makes sure to give variations so that everyone can find their bliss!


Sometimes on hip-hop music, sometimes on Indie-pop, she most likely will be singing along while giving the classes. You can count on her soothing voice to find bliss during meditation, and feel very supported by her warm and attentive aura during workshops.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Proposed daily schedule:

6:30 to 8:30

30 minutes of meditation & pranayama

90 minutes of vinyasa power flow yoga

8:30 to 10:30

Yummy vegan breakfast buffet made with love

10:30 to 11:00

Open journaling & writing session to set your intention for the day and clear your mind with a panoramic view over the sea. Often followed by a workshop.

11:00 to 18:00

Free time to explore the island, take a 15 min walk down the beach or lay by the pool, grab a book and enjoy the sun.

18:00 to 19:30

Relaxing yin yoga class & meditation practice, including self-massage techniques & restorative postures

19:30 to 23:00

Long & delicious vegan dinner Greek style!
