What Is Mindfulness ?


Mindfulness is an art. It is the art of letting go of the things that we can't control and living in the moment with full awareness.

It is a practice of patience, non-judgment & detachment that will allow you to taste the sweetness of the now.

Mindfulness and I encountered each other naturally. I maybe can’t remember the exact details of how I started my journey, but  I know that everything lead me on this path, from my yoga practice and teacher training, to the completion of my bachelor in Psychology and many travel stories.

With practice, I’ve come to experience life in a more joyful, blissful and present way. I now use it as a tranformative tools in my personal life and during my coaching sessions.

Learning how to reduce your thought waves and paying attention to what is right here, right now, in that very moment, is life changing. It improves your general well-being & help you see clearer. Being able to let go of the thoughts on which you can’t immediatly act on, and being able to position yourself as an observer instead of as a victim of your own mind, are all skills that you can train. And it does wonder for your general well-being, helping reduce stress and anxiety among others.

Mindfulness is a practice. You have to commit to it, cultivate it and be patient about your unique journey.  There truly isn’t any end goal. Life is just a road of little nows and ups and downs. You can flow with it with ease, if only you acquire the right tools.
